Very very disappointed in service.. In their minds they are a 5 but from a customer view they do not make it easy to do business with them..... very difficult to make an appt... requires customer to "beg" for an appt. When they did come they did a great job but.... too much of a hassle to do business with. This was a gift to my husband so that it would be easy..... it WAS NOT EASY....
