So I came in with 3 different pictures and definitely was unsure of exactly what I wanted, also came in later at night and was the last customer of the day. Ali took the time to workout with her advice what I was looking for, and give me an awesome haircut. I know sometimes service tends to get lack luster the closer to closing time and was extremely appreciative of the time she took to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. Not to mention the place is super cool, with the break room set up and robes so you don't get your shirt hairy. Also the hot stone neck message is amazing, I think I fell asleep sitting up twice. Thank you for the great experience. Will be back in 4-6 weeks!
