Went to an appointment I had from 9 months ago. They changed their practice and I did not even get a courtesy call cancelling my appointment or letting me know that they aren't part of the same group anymore. My appointment was with Dr. Jay Hsu at Doctor Bowmans office. I've wasted over an hour of my time not to mention my plans for the day were altered. They would charge me for a missed appointment and I have no recourse. I got a half hearted apology from the girl at the front desk and Dr Bowman who was standing there didn't even look up. Very unprofessional.
