We have used them for years. Had a septic overflowing on Saturday and was told they would be here between 11-1 on Monday. They called and said they would be here in 25-35 minutes around 11:30. We said great. The office then called and told us he had another appointment and wouldn't be there until 2:30 or 3 at the earliest. I run a business with scheduling and she was extremely rude about it. I got the feeling she was trying to squeeze someone in ahead of us. If I had known they were going to be so late I would have called someone else. In fact Reddi services was able to get here quickly. Pretty sad that a long relationship has to end this way.
