12 years a Hertz Gold customer. The service has improved to where I know as I land what stall my car is in. If like this past week there was a mixup on flight arrival time and I'm not on the Gold Marquee, they hooked me up with a convertible mustang for my business trip. And I used my points to get 3-weekend days free in Nova Scotia last week. I only use Hertz.
