I contacted this company a couple of weeks ago for a small repair job and was given an estimate appointment time from 1pm - 3pm. To make a long, frustrating story short, the company changed my appointment last minute to an agreed time the next day. The technician came 2 hours early, when I was not home. My daughter wasn't able to reach me, let him in but wasn't knowledgeable of exactly what I wanted. I called the company when I got home, upset that he didn't come when he was expected. After a couple of call backs, I was told too bad. He came, took pictures and will not return. I said that was unacceptable, spoke to the manager, Dan, who apologized for their mistake and told me to text him pictures of the areas in need of repair and exactly what I wanted done. I did all that and received a text from him that he received it, and I would receive an estimate. It's been 10 days since that last contact, and I have yet to receive a call from them.
