Absolutely terrible. Understaffed, over booked & overwhelmed is how I would describe the staff. I gave very simple detailed instructions. I'm here to buy an off the rack dress. I'd like to try on two. I don't need any accessories etc. Just want to try these two on & be on my way. Still wanted me to wait over an hour for a bridal consultant I didn't need. There sat empty dressing rooms I could not use to try on the two dresses I picked. So needless to say they lost a sale because I just wanted to try on a dress, select from 2 and be out the door. I didn't need their alterations. Went to celebration bridal a few streets away. They listened. I was in and out with my dress within 45 minutes & at a few hundred dollars less than davids. Don't waste your time here. GO to celebration bridal they understand vegas weddings & listen to the customer WITHOUT a silly marketing form LIKE Davids bridal asking grooms name, grandparents name,etc. Who needs that when you here to buy a dress. Total joke and waste of time. And even if your wedding is months in advance you spend less than Davids and get much better service and selection.!
