I have had to use this Hospital twice for my cat. Once in 2010 and once just a couple of weeks ago. I am thankful for this business because when emergencies happen in the late evening or middle of the night, this is the place. Both visits I have had with this place have been great. Yes it is expensive, however what do you expect when it's an emergency facility and open all night. They took good care of my cat, they listened, the techs and front desk staff were very caring and explaned things great. Dr. Showers listened patiently to all of my concerns, she took the time to explain what needed to be done. Roberto the tech was very helpful with my discharge instructions and he also took the time when I had called a few nights later to answer all of my questions. Thank you LVAEH.
