It is always a pleasure to do business with people who are friendly, courteous, and considerate. I asked my nineteen year old son to find and schedule our carpets to be cleaned and to make arrangements when he could be there. AZ Steamers was very flexible with us when we had to reschdule a couple of times but when a day and time was finally decided on, Mike (owner) was there on time. What was a real pleasure was when a second gentleman got out of the car and Mike immediately introduced Peter, a nice gesture when a stranger is about to enter a home. Mike gave me a quick and what i thought was a fair quote. They performed the work quickly, were thorough and before I knew it everything was packed up, I paid and they were off. I had 3 rooms, a living room rug and my sofa cleaned. I am very pleased and put their card on my fridge for when i need them in the future. Thanks Mike and Peter.
