Moved in at first loved the community now 4 months later my apartment is literally falling apart, my closet all fell down the roof is leaking my washer broken this was a brand new apartment when I moved in there is no on sight maintenance person on sight so you need to put in a work order and never get a response.since I've been here there have been numerous times police has been on the premises for screaming fighting loud music and 10 kids screaming at all hours of the night playing in dumpsters. The pool has had poop in it more than once and no one did anything about it, I have had to call police for noise control. Parking is a nightmare I have had family members come visit and one of them have their car towed. the HOA is the worse of all of it numerous fines for everything down to shoes at a door and water feature just for decoration on my balcony they harass all the tenants. There is dog poop everywhere no one cleans up after their pets. I can't not express how much I regret moving in to Santana ridge and how much I can't wait for my lease to be up, I will not be signing another lease and have ask about breaking the lease but can't. This is like a bad movie that won't end I have lived in apartments half of my life and this has to be the worse experience I've ever been in. I have spoke to a ton of residence and they all seem to have the same complaints no one wants to live here do your self a favor save your self the trouble headache and money find somewhere else to live. I literally can not wait to move.
