While waiting behind two young ladies one employee answers the phone making the customers in the store wait while she talks on phone for five minutes. You should always take care of your customers in front of you first and not make them wait for call in orders. Put that customer on hold and take care of the people in front of you first. Be prepared to wait a while if you go to this location.
