Came in today after breakfast. Ordered 2 drinks inside the store. 3 people ahead of us. The first drink comes out just fine. 10+ minutes later I ask DYLAN where the 2nd drink was and his response was "it will come out as soon as I get to it". 4 more people have come in, ordered and received their drinks now. Went to the front to ask, who we were told was the manager on duty(COURTNEY) what the issue was and she refunded the money. Extremely short in her interaction with us. I asked her to come to the side so I could let her know how DYLAN responded to my question. Her response "sorry, can't you see we are busy and running around?" Then told us someone didn't show up to work and again... Said "ok" about the DYLAN response. Extremely rude, we didn't get out drink, she walked off like we were bothering her. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude. In today's retail world, customer service is the only edge anyone has.
