I have been to CWH a handful of times, and each time has been wonderful. I have gotten an appointment quickly each time I have needed to make one, and my wait times in the waiting room have been quick. The office and rooms are clean and the staff is professional. The front desk staff is generally friendly, maybe a little short, but every time I have been in they have seemed pretty busy.
I usually see Tracey Innes NP, but this last time I saw Jodi Jones NP. She was great. She listened to my concerns, did my exam, and got me all set up with paperwork for a specialist appointment. Never once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I will definitely request to see her from now on. The assistants who call you back have all been friendly as well.
They utilize a patient portal for you to receive your lab results, request appointments, and to send messages. I have only used it to receive lab results which have been quick, but the other features are good options if you need to communicate with the office frequently.
