I recently used this place for the second time because of the groupon and after reading some other reviews I'm even more dissatisfied that my long haired Dachshund was SHAVED! I asked for him "to be cut short" and i was never asked if that meant i wanted him shaved? In his 8 years of grooming this had been avoided SOMEHOW. It's a common theme on here as well. You'd think with this being an ongoing problem the staff would clarify what they plan to do before you show up to a nightmare. He's been having a hard time sleeping ever since and I didn't feel any sincerity in the sorry i barely got...that;s for sure. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
