what are you doing? customers waiting in line, and you let your co-worker help everyone while you literally lookup a vacation on the computer, I saw you!! they also did not have my truck rental when I placed a reservation a week ago.. wtf is the point if the reservation... they couldn't even replace it with another truck... totally useless people here... never ever use them, they totally do not care. can i give you less than one star? you giant POS, called corporate office, they probably won't do anything..
