If you are in dire need of a place to stay please try your hardest to stay away from this location. If you are a female and you plan to live here alone, please beware. You will be sexually harassed on a daily basis by all the dirty, gross and lost souls that reside here. I stayed here for a month and had enough. The apartments are not well maintained. Upon arrival, everything looked okay but you will soon be visited by the permanent residents, THE ROACHES. I ended up going to Lowe's and purchased silicone to close all cracks in apartment to keep them out. Guess what? It did the trick. Also I bought $30 worth of roach poison boxes and put them everywhere! I was fortunate enough to live towards the front of the building as it felt slightly safer. I saw LVMP everyday on property. My neighbors downstairs were drug dealers and my next door neighbor was an older woman who is a hoarder and has maybe 4 pets. Her apartment's foul odor and smell of ammonia (from pet urine) seeped through the A/C unit. I felt bad for the lady. I am happy to be out of there.
2 stars goes to the staff. They were always nice despite dealing with the most disrespectful tenants. You get what you pay for unfortunately. ;/
