I've been to a few different locations and they have all been consistently great. Clean restaurant, the service is good, and plenty of food. This style of making your own food is right up my alley - I like to customize my food. This also gives everyone a choice and is vegan/vegetarian friendly. All the sauces have their own unique taste and while I've never really experienced Mongolian food before, I was pleasantly surprised at the variety. I usually pile my bowl high with tofu, spinach, watercress, and a handful of other veggies, and then accompany that with a spicy sauce - so satisfying. The recipe cards are nice if you want to try a different dish or feel intimidated by all the choices. And there are small spoons to sample the sauces before you commit to one. Starches include fried, steamed, and brown rice; udon noodles; spiral pasta; and more. Portion sizes are fair - I leave full but not stuffed. Honestly, I hate that feeling, so I am happy to find a place that let's me finish my plate without gaining 5 lbs. I haven't tried dessert yet but I was super tempted... Will most likely order it next time.
