Dr. Chang is wonderful. Brandi is rude and condescending. She makes me feel like I am not important as a patient. This practice will not go out of their way even slightly to accommodate a patient. I was a patient there for 3 years before moving. On several occasions I was made to feel inferior. I would NOT recommend this practice.
