I am very disappointed at the airlines. When i logged in to pay for luggage they charged me $138 instead of $30. Apparently i was charged for the (works, perks) something i never picked or chose and i am extremely shocked. From a very cheap flight to becoming a lot more expensive that the top airlinens. When i spoke to the representative on the phone she wasn't helpful and apologized and said that i am already charged so i cannot be refunded. I then spoke to a person in a much higher position and she did not even bother to hep but say the exact same thing. They cannot refund something wrong on their end by charging me $138 instead of $30. I am now against this airline and i will never book again. It is not worth it to save a little with these airlines. For what just happened i would rate this airline a 0/10.
