Disappointing is an understatement at this store. When arriving today, Jan 26, at around noon with a friend, we expected the normal furniture/appliance salesman attitude which usually is over bearing. The employees are are fortunately not overbearing at all, the downfall is that they are completely uninterested in helping customers! We checked out many sofas, and not a single salesperson approached us, even after sitting on a sectional for 10 minutes that we were truly interested in. Walked around some more, because we are looking for a few appliances for a new home, and once again, desolate, even though there were 4 other customers in the store. We eventually left, said goodbye and thank you to the man at the main cashiering area in the front, and he didn't even have the politeness to say goodbye or thank you back. I work in retail, as does my friend, and I will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone. Ps. We found a $3000 couch at Living Spaces at Boca Park and are having it delivered next week. Talk about REAL customer service. This place was far from a good addition to the neighborhood! Honestly, you're better off at the little pop furniture store next door.
