Worst business I have ever dealt with. My comments are identical to Elad Y except I had the owner come out twice because the carpet was still wet after 3 days.
Bottom line the owner stood in my house rudely screaming at me when I told him we couldn't stand the smell of mold and were going to have to replace the carpet which was only 6 years old.
Here's the kicker. We had to file a claim with our insurance company because his insurance company sent me a letter stating the following:
"The policy specifically Excludes Coverage for property damage to the particular part of real property on which the contractor is working"
So, I read this to say that if Drummond wrecks anything that they are working on for you, it is not covered.
I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
