First time going to the new park today my family and I had a great time I'm a native here so I grew up going to the original wet n wild which were some of the greatest childhood experiences. The new wet n wild does not compare to the old park and people shouldn't go there expecting it to be any comparison their feelings will already be hurt just walking in the gate. I read quite a few bad reviews about the park and the staff so my wife and I went with no expectations of any sort turns out being the better choice the staff was very helpful with the lockers also other helpful staff that was asked about other info in the park. I'd say go with the "ok I'm gonna get the worst service and wait in long lines for tubes that seem to be non existent" and just maybe you'll have a pretty good visit as we did. Only down side is you can only bring in a 9qt cooler which barely holds 5 bottles of water so bring a cooler for your vehicle that has reserves and if your gonna eat pack some sandwiches in that cooler and eat in the vehicle real quick you can go in n out as much as you want the park food can get pretty pricey when there's 6 in your family. Go have fun now it's not as bad as people say
