Not sure how many times one needs to ask not to be harassed at my place of work or during business hours but they do not seem to care. The names given are bogus so they have now started a code system due to unethical behavior by their employees.
I make my payments and their outdated system has no way to record transactions therefor I keep getting calls for payments made already. One arm does not know the other apparently and the lack of technology systems along with their highly unprofessional staff make dealing with them about as fun as getting teeth pulled.
Advice: Refinance immediately and get well away from Wells Fargo Dealer Services!
