I bought an unlimited (for 1 year) laser treatment Buytopia voucher recently and was hoping to redeem it before my work Christmas party this Saturday. Unfortunately the voucher was only redeemable the day-of and I when I called, they were already booked with appointments for that day. The lady on the other line said she would be able to book me in before the voucher redemption date and was so kind and accommodating.
I just finished my first treatment and there are a few points I'd like to mention as to why I rated 4/5 (other than the point raised above):
PROS
- very kind employees who make you feel comfortable
- organized
- treatment (with Soprano XL) was truly painless - just a little warm and that didn't bother me at all
- cool russian accents
CONS
- the actual treatment room was a little messy - could use a nice vacuuming
- felt the treatment was tiny bit rushed - it was only 20 mins for full legs but online I'm reading it can take anywhere between 1-2 hrs :s
Anyway, as this was my first treatment, I am excited to see results (hopefully)!! :)
