Other than being a little late I have to say that Craig was efficient and quick. My front door handle had, over time, been deteriorating and, as Craig discovered, it was actually broken. He replaced the part and was on his way in less than 20 minutes. My for handle now works perfectly. And the price was more than reasonable. I'd call them again if the need arises.
