The work itself was great and couldn't be any happier with the outcome. They did not hesitate to schedule an appointment for an estimate and arrived on time as promised. They were not pushy when giving the sales pitch. They did not try to push for a decision but simply left me with info and a personal cell phone number in case I had any more questions.
I have to knock them down a star for poor communication. When I scheduled the appointment for the installation I was not initially informed, although maybe I should have realized, that the the curbing would need to be installed on a different day than the grass when I was scheduling the installation appointment. Once I was on the same page that another day was needed I was not informed of the time of day that the curbing guy would be out, even though they said they would call me with this information. They day of the grass installation a company showed up before the AZ Luxury Lawn to deliver the gravel needed. I was not informed that this would be happening ahead of time. The company delivering the gravel simply stated they were delivering rock that was ordered. I almost sent them away not realizing it was gravel needed for the grass installation!
Although there were communication issues, I would probably go back to this company if ever needed again as I have no complaints with the completed work. I would be able to go in knowing I would need to be on top of the communication process as they have a breakdown in that area.
