The reception staff is HORRIBLE here. The guy asked me how much time to allow for my waxing appointment like I should know....then when I show up they tell me I have to come back for the rest of my appointment on another day because "we would not want to run late and inconvenience everyone else today now would we....?" Not to mention my first waxing appt I waited for 30 mins so obviously keeping a schedule is not really a concern for them. This is a long drive for me and I am not going to pay for another day of daycare so i can go back. AVOID!!!!
