F***this place! When I first walked in I was in a crunch to move so the 6 mo. pricing seemed amazing. Of course they showed me the fire place and very nice model. I was promised carpets in every room and a speedy move in. The day I moved in the place was very dirty, scratches on the wood floor and walls, no carpets and there was a dead rat in the cabinet that my 3 yr old son found...nothing was done and they made excuse after excuse. They told me they didn't do a walk through but will do one with me. That never happened. My light in the kitchen went out and I called to ask for help to replace it...it is still out and I move out in a few days. The dining room light has a shortage and I get 100% scared every time my son tried to turn the light on. They are infested with roaches (which I asked for help with but got nothing). I was given parking with the lady in the office and for 5 months parked there...I was in my spot and I got towed. They double parked with another customer. This place is extremely unorganized and rude. You will have problems if you move here but unlike other places they will make up every excuse not to help you. Save yourself the trouble and stress DO NOT MOVE HERE!
