Had a very bad experience with our car rental when my wife left her IPAD on the floor of the front seat. We called immediately when my wife realized her mistake and fortunately the next driver of the car found the IPAD and promptly returned it. The issue is that when we spoke to the Budget car rental manager and provided our information to return the IPAD, we never received the IPAD and now can't get anyone to call us back. As a business professional that rents cars throughout the year, this is unlike anything I have ever experienced and will never use any budget rental agency again.
