I did have to cancel my membership at this "fitness" center since their management personnel reduced the services not providing a shower mat at the Handicap shower area, not shampoo and they also discontinued the television at the women dressing room. I was also subjected to racial slurs by a black employee. Worst yet, the "fitness" center FAILED to notifiy about the membership cancellation to their ABC Financial's billing department and they continued billing the locker monthly $10.00 and bi-weekly fees of $9.99. I did have to contact my Bank about the money taken illegally from my account and collected. As of today, ABC Financial Services (844) - 507 3876 keeps harassing me with phone calls. Very incompetent management personnel. Is time for them to get serious!
