My air conditioner went out last night and I was called back quickly by Rafael. I scheduled for him to come today between 9 and 11am and he called prior to arriving at 10. He immediately got up in the roof and found the problem, the condenser fan motor. He came down and explained what it needed and gave me the price right away. He went back up and fixed it within 30 minutes! The price was exactly what he said with no extras! He was also thorough checking output of my vents and found a large piece of insulation had come loose and was blocking the air flow. I would highly recommend Rafael Borobia to any of my friends and family as he was prompt and very professional!
