I had a small, but noticeable, ding/dent in my door (no paint repair needed) and decided to look at highly rated/reviewed shops (since an experience with a local "luxury collision" body repair place due to a hit-and-run body work job earlier this year didn't go as well as I would have expected), which it lead me to Carsmetics. I went for an estimate on Monday, no appointment needed, they scheduled me for today (Wednesday), I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes and you can't tell AT ALL I had a dent there. These guys are all friendly, professional, respectful and you can tell they take pride in a job well done all around. Hope I don't need to go back there, but if there is a need - I definitely will choose them.
