Boooy these people are dumb. They mixed my two cat's information together then I called to get it changed and they still have it wrong. They have my cat's birthday wrong and when she's due for her vaccinations. The whole point in calling to get it changed is because it wasn't right the first time! Oh, and the male vet... pure asshole! I asked him could he get fur out of my cat's eye and he got pissy and he didn't fully examine her! He said, we just like to get the patients in and out. Um, no! And the staff is lazy. A dog urinated by the door and they just sat on their asses and they must not clean there because it's not too sanitary. Oh, and one more thing... they charge for a nail trim which they did NOT bother to tell me. Take your pet to humane animal rescue!
