This theater is just not what it used to be. Especially compared to newer theaters, like cinemark in Monroeville. Instead of having people at the desk to purchase tickets, you must purchase at a kiosk. When I arrived to the theater, only 2 out the 4 kiosks were functioning. And as I was purchasing my ticket, the card reader stopped working so I had to get back in line for another kiosk and try again. Minor inconvenience, but if I was late to the movie it could have been an issue. The theater just seems generally run down. From broken seats all over, to less than cleanly bathrooms, it's just not the fancy theater it presents to be.
