Made an appointment waited 1 hour, picked out glasses came to over 500.00 and then 3 weeks pass not a call . They broke my frames and never made the glasses, never called to let me know. I then had to go int o store for refund..Yes it gets worse I had to wait 30 minutes because Manager was doing something important, could not be called on cell phone. He came back in with Starbucks bag and an attitude. He they tried to refund about 60.00 less then original charge. Seems after I left my account was adjusted and I never got the credit....
