I have been here a few times and have never had a worse experience than I did today. We waited an hour for our food (at lunch), had no chip refills (we ordered guacamole and queso) and no drink refills. We paid for our food before it even came out and when I brought all of this to the attention of the manager he said he 'would give a few of the girls free guacamole coupons'. Needless to say, I was less than impressed and would rather go to one of the twenty other restaurants in the area for lunch in the future.
Oh and there was no apology for the terrible service and timing.
