I went into this store with my daughter and two of her bridesmaids. We wanted to look and try on bridesmaids dresses. The manager and other employees were very rude. There were two employees not assisting anyone but we were told that we could not try on anything because they did not have time for us us simply handed us a catalog. One family watching someone try on wedding dresses had children laying around on floor and adults sitting in floor. We wanted to purchase 8 dresses but this company will not see a penny of my money! There ad says that appointments are recommended. It does not say required. The point is they were very rude and some employees were not busy. Do not go there.
