Whenever I go downtown Toronto I always need my Ten Ren's drink! Even though Cha-time opened up closer to Ryerson University, I still prefer the taste from Ten Ren's. My favourite drinks are iced iron goddess milk tea and mango green tea with bubbles. It's not too sweet, which I like very much. I find that Cha-time's bubble tea drinks are really sweet, although I could modify it... I don't like doing that in general. I like drinks that taste good from the get go. Anyhow... back on topic. I didn't realize how expensive a Ten Ren's drink is. Maybe it went up in price or something. I recently ordered the small mango green tea (which really isn't all that small) with bubbles and it came to $5.59. Another sad note is that they stopped stamping or honouring their loyalty card. Now there is really no incentive to buy their expensive but delicious drinks. I think I can l live without it and move on...
