The worst. Strawberries weren't fresh upon delivery the manager was completely rude, refused to allow me to explain my frustrations. Blamed the third party for the error took NO responsibility for the expired fruit or offered a refund. After I got frustrated with the way she was handling this situation she decided to offer to send me new strawberries and I refused because at this point after she explained "they can't guarantee how fresh the strawberries will arrive" and not wanting to waste more time since my birthday ALREADY passed I asked for a refund. She refused. She has ZERO compassion or care to provide her return customers the best experience possible. I have no idea why she is even in business. I will never return to this establishment nor will I recommend. I would rather order from edible arrangements at least I know the quality of product they provide is good and if by chance it isnt they will make it every effort to make it right. Not hang up on their customers after the customer days "you seem to not give a Sh*t" because clearly she didn't or talk over their customers. Save your time and money. Ps the time that shows that they are open and closed is incorrect they close whenever they feel like it.
Complete waste of time, money and energy. The end result will be me disputing this charge on my husbands card and the thoughtful gift my husband ordered to go in the trash.
