Unfortunately I have to give one star as their is no other options. Their cityscape sales centre is deceiving. So buyers be aware. Sales staff will tell you a different thing and write down different thing in contract. Their price assurance is a marketing gimmick.
I showed them their online price and they said it was an error. 2 weeks after selling the house to me they dropped their price by $15k so that "they can get more people in" as per their sales staff.
They moved the possession date by 3 months because they are unable to get permits from city of Calgary.Are you kidding me.....
It took 5 emails and 6 phones messages to get their VP of sales to return my call. This gives you an idea of customer service to expect.
Stay away from them and it will save lot of dollars and time.
