I had a groupon to try this place out and was really excited. Unfortunately, it was horrible to try and schedule an appointment (took numerous calls and messages before my calls were FINALLY returned). Then I had to book over two months out!
It doesn't stop there. Once it finally was time for my appointment, I drove nearly an hour to get there only to find out they cancelled my appointment and "meant" to call me, but didn't have my phone number (despite the fact that I gave it to them numerous times). Then I was told I would have to reschedule and they weren't accepting any more groupon appts until a month later. WTF? Way to treat groupon customers like dirt! Needless to say, I drove an hour back home, contacted groupon, and immediately got a refund from groupon. At least groupon has good customer service! Villa Toscana Day Spa - YOU SUCK!
I wouldn't bother with this place.
