You don't need to entertain it... it's facts. I've got better things to do than just write a random review about a store that in your mind i must have never been in, when i stated I've been there 4 times. Plus stated that on 3 were crappy service experiences... it's called honesty and MY experience and others should know about it. Truth for you is... most of your reviewers got 1-10 reviews, see that 300+??? Ummmm you better check my credentials; you would try to discredit my experience but Yelp won't. How is my multiple, personal experiences in YOUR STORE baseless??? Because my experiences didn't coincide with others' reviews or experiences? Or is it because you're worried about my yelp review sitting on top, because I've reviewed and read other businesses just like yours for filth? I will provide a review whether my experience is good or bad and unfortunately, in the case of your business, which was given more than three occasions to impress me, did not AND provided the same level of crappy service after my first time there. The service is shitty as stated, I said it then and even more so now. BECAUSE- Instead of responding like a professional business owner and apologizing for the multiple crappy experiences, you want to act as if I'm lying and have decided to call my review baseless; How are you going to tell me what happened to me- when you weren't there on ANY of the occasions??? I suppose you have telepathy... No, your RESPONSE was baseless and is yet again, another black eye on your business. So now you have an additional response and review that states WHY I rated it one star and would give it negative stars if I could based on your response as the owner... because if your attitude is this shitty, no wonder why hers is too; it's normal apparently. What I stated stands whether you like it or not. You were better off apologizing for the experiences and calling it a day. But you wanted to get sideways on Yelp, so now that you've been set straight... we can both move on and you can get to work on you and your employees service attitudes. You got an honest review and now you are mad... Go put on a cape on so you can be SUPER MAD. The service there is still crap, I won't be spending money there AND this review will sit up top. There are too many businesses providing the SAME THING within the vincinity. Get your shit together.
