My trip to Sassoon was a great disappointment.
I asked the person on the phone for a second level stylist. A few days before Christmas she said she had the only appt. available, first level and I give her a chance, she is very trained.
I said ok. I only need a little thinning on the sides. I am growing my hair
I don't want any length taken off.
On the one side it is so sparse it doesn't
cover my ear.
She said she would put layering in the back which I NEVER wanted but trusted.
By the crown it is approx 4"
It lays so flat it looks like a guys haircut.
I called the manager. He seemed distracted. Asked me to come in but have a monster cold. Wouldn't cell pics do?
I asked for nothing so he offered nothing.
Disappointment!!!
