Overall the absolute worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The check in took almost a half hour when I was the only one in the lobby. The room was not clean. There were pube hairs on the sheets, there were parts of carpet missing, a dead cockroach on the floor in the bathroom along with cigarette ash. There were shady people hanging outside all hours of the night. We booked two nights and only stayed one. We only stayed for 5 hours and checked out early the following morning. The girl at the desk was nice about our dissatisfaction and told us the manager could refund the money for the second night if we called back a day later. The manager Lisa Woods was incredibly rude on the phone and denied us a refund for the night we didn't stay. She told me that regardless of the poor service and room, that there were absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. They could not have cared less about us.
