This is a criminal organization that operates outside of usual and customary practices. DO NOT be fooled by the pretty pool and grounds. Nothing that they have said has come thru in their end. MAKE SURE YOU NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE THINKING THAT YOUR LEASE ENDING IS ENOUGH .. you need to submit a 60 day notice to vacate or they scam you out of two more months of rent!! They don't tell you this!!! If you just move out , you will be sent to collections and THEN OWE MONTHS OF RENT STILL! The women in the office put it all off to CORPORATE!! They do a huge disservice to people who work hard and might not read the UNUSUAL fine print!!
