Me over and over my coverage is terminated, she won't compare my united health care card to what I have on file EVEN THOUGH I TELL HER I HAD INSURANCE THROUGH MY PARENTS AND MY EMPLOYER YOURE LOOKING AT MY PARENTS! I spend 45 minutes looking for some stupid ID number through CVS, which I've always had on file and I finally get it and the other girl obviously smarter than the first idiot who helped me finds it in 3 minutes! Train your employees to listen to the customer once in awhile. I understand the customer is not usually right but I know what the hell im talking about when it comes to my insurance! I needed this medication ASAP. On top of her being an idiot she had a bad attitude! Thanks to the girl with the tattoos on her arm, I wish I could have gotten her name for being kind and actually listening to what I was saying!
