I must say that this was an awful experience. It is my intent to state the truth. I scheduled my installation on Tuesday. The technician came to my house and told me that he couldn't install it because of the weather (rain). I thought he could manufacture/build it in a warehouse and install it the next day. He said ",Oh no we don't have that quick of a turnaround." He took measurements and assured me that it would be done within the week. Meanwhile, not one person called me Weds.-Fri. I drove home Friday of the same week and saw a Screenmobile truck on my street and passed it to go home and noticed he was making a screen door for someone down the street! It was a sunny day and looks like it didn't matter to them that my appointment was a few days prior but didn't happen because of the RAIN!! I called Debbie on Friday and told her that there was a truck on my street making a screen door for a neighbor. She assured me that she would call me Monday to reschedule. Apparently, I could not get in for an appointment for another week and a half later!! Where is the customer service and where is informed consent?? Evidently, she failed to mention inclement weather as a reason to postpone installation and delay it for 1 1/2-2 weeks later!

He made me feel valued as a customer and put service back in business!! I am amazed at the innovation and detail of zabitat's retractable screen door! When you go to the website zabitat.com , the gentleman in the video is the same person who installed my retractable screen door! He was enthusiastic, efficient, respectful and extremely competent!!
