OMG DIFFICULT TO REACH ONLY AFTER 5 pm do they answer. But really they never... Answered the phone I called living social to try to get refund and they actually got me thru then... The lady hung up on me and told me to call back after 5. Wow that's not real this aids should act unprofessional!!!!! Never reached them after trying for two weeks!!! Finally got a refund. Beware
