Well, let's just say that I am not scared to post reviews on anything whether good or bad. I have lived in Apartments my whole entire life and I think that this neighborhood has really gone South.
I have a studio loft style apartment here and when I first toured the property - Mark Taylor owned it. I fell in love. The grounds were GORGEOUS and the staff was AMAZING! Now, there is a new person each time. The "manager" who gave me the second tour (2 years later) from Con-Am was wearing her blouse backwards and inside out!!! I only moved in because of the Pet Park, it was close to my family and new job in East Phoenix. (I had lived in Arrowhead Ranch before). I utilized the Pet Park right after the "renovations" to find myself covered in ant bites and lack of seating for the pet owners. There is a tenant in Bldg 5 who always throws clothes out the windows and dog poop!
I am glad that they finally made a smart decision for assigned parking. It was stupid to be first come first serve. That's how ghetto communities operate.
I do like the CARES events but CARES is a company that services LOW INCOME communities to keep CRIME away! I feel like I am in a community that needs help!!! (It does)! Maybe I am too highbrow for this place....but I regret moving in. My apartment is falling apart. I am ALWAYS sending in maintenance request. They do get fixed but the property needs to do more frequent checks.
The area is unsafe. I hear gun shots every other night. I wouldn't be surprised if people are being shot in the dirt field. Cops are EVERYWHERE and that makes me nervous. I had to move my ex boyfriend in because I was scared to be alone!! I don't even walk my dog at night.
The walls are paper thin......I am in an isolated location!!! (Apartment above a garage) and I can still hear the party building 5 going on all night. Courtesy patrol just keeps on walking by.
I agree with Marisa, the grounds are gross....daily. I do not care what Con-am will respond with - but the trash is horrible. The dumpsters are always over flowing with trash. On the plus - they recycle!! Lol.
Right after I moved in, I started looking for my next place. The only reason why I would consider renewing my lease is......well....no reasons!
