Online check-in, what a joke! The customer service has hit an all time low here. I have been coming here for years, but never again. I checked in this morning online at 8:15am for a 9am arrival. I was then left in the front waiting room for 45 minutes before I asked what was going on. They then quickly brought me back to a waiting room. I've now been sitting here for an additional 75 minutes so far, being completely ignored. 30 minutes ago I asked what was going on and was told I should be next. Now in for 2 hours sitting here listening to these lax employees gossiping. I have a job too, and this lack of respect for my time is unbelievable! After 2 hours and 20 minutes and still no doctor or anyone else, I just demanded my co-pay back and walked out!!!
